FDV Case Manager
Location: Midland WA
Employment Type: Full Time Contract to June 2027

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled FDV Case Manager to join our team.
The key objectives of this position are:
* To deliver case management services for women and children who have experienced domestic and family violence, supporting both women's in building long-term stability and self-sufficiency and children's safety, wellbeing and developmental needs
* To coordinate services for clients through advocacy, referrals and case planning, ensuring they receive comprehensive support.
* To promote empowerment, safety and healing through ongoing trauma-informed care and ensuring clients have access to the resources they need for recovery.
The key duties and responsibilities of this position are:
* Case Management and Advocacy
* Resource Coordination and Referrals
* Interagency and Internal Collaboration
* Documentation and Reporting
You will need:
* A tertiary qualification in a relevant human services field or equivalent experience.
* Current 'C' Class licence
* Valid Working With Children's Check
* Current Police Clearance (no older than 6 months from validation date)
* First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
