Role Description
We are seeking an Immigration Lawyer (3+ years PAE) to join our growing team in Melbourne or the Sunshine Coast.
This role will involve managing a broad range of employer-sponsored and skilled migration matters, including temporary and permanent visa pathways, Labour Market Testing, nominations, and complex eligibility assessments.
You will:
* Manage your own file load with appropriate supervision
* Provide strategic migration advice to corporate and individual clients
* Draft and lodge visa applications, nominations, submissions and review responses
* Liaise directly with clients, employers and the Department
* Contribute to client strategy and long-term migration planning
We are looking for someone who is:
* Experienced in Australian migration law (minimum 3 years PAE)
* Has a proficiency in Spanish (preferred)
* Commercially minded and client-focused
* Organised and confident managing multiple matters
* Proactive and solution-oriented
