Job Description
The Senior People and Culture Advisor plays a key role in the organization's success by providing expert HR guidance and operational support. This position focuses on ensuring compliance with local employment legislation, promoting ethical practices, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Main Responsibilities:
* Partner with managers to drive a positive workplace culture and support teams.
* Lead employee engagement and culture initiatives across the Asia Pacific business.
* Provide day-to-day HR support throughout the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding.
* Maintain accurate HR records and oversee policy and handbook updates.
* Ensure compliance with employment legislation and global ethical standards.
* Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
* Support performance management, capability development, and learning initiatives.
* Advise on compensation, benefits, and salary benchmarking.
* Provide guidance on employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
* Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and cultural competency.
Requirements:
* 3-5 years of experience in an HR generalist or advisor role.
* Bachelor's degree in human resources or an equivalent degree with a HR focus.
* Proven experience partnering with internal stakeholders across regions.
* Strong understanding of employment legislation and HR compliance.
* Experience in compensation and benefits advice and benchmarking.
* Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Experience or strong knowledge in delivering a Reconciliation Action Plan.
* Able to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
