**The Opportunity**:
Loup is looking for a talented and experienced Product (UX/UI) Designer who is passionate about crafting human-centered, seamless digital experiences and features that have a meaningful impact on our customer's health and fitness.
This Product Designer will deliver a high-quality feel for premium brands that are regarded as 'best in class': creating strategies based on insights of real people, has the mastery of their craft to turn these insights into beautifully designed products (design systems, interactions and visuals) across mobile and web, and inspires the business by showing/prototyping what is possible before it is built.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Design smart, simple and high quality UX/UI for mobile and web experiences
- Consider existing insights, customer needs, technical constraints, business needs to produce data-informed solutions.
- Contribute to a research-led approach to product design by conducting surveys, interviews, and usability tests.
- Help facilitate workshops with teams to foster a collaborative environment tackling customer and business needs.
- Consult on best practice and industry standards, providing the business with compelling arguments for 'why' something is best done a particular way.
- Rapidly produce multiple concepts and prototypes, understanding when deeper exploration is warranted and when it is best to change paths and try another approach.
- Contribute to maintaining and scaling a design system of components and patterns for Product Designers and Developers to effectively meet customer needs and deliver high-quality products.
- Tertiary qualifications in related field
- Evidence (via an online portfolio or PDF) that highlights your skills and experience
- Experience working in UX/UI/Product Design roles
- Cross-platform design experience
- Experience designing for human-centered mobile (iOS and Android) and web apps
- Experience contributing to customer-orientated products, and an understanding of what it takes to create awesome, customer-centric experiences
- The ability to use data to drive continuous improvement to processes and customer experiences
