About the Role:

Our Home Health Registered Nurses are key members of an integrated, multi-disciplinary team, responsible for delivering evidence-based, person-centred nursing care to support customers in their own homes. This hybrid role will provide flexibility to suit your lifestyle and career goals, supporting you to work at your full scope of practice, providing quality care across a variety of work settings and caseloads.

The role will encompass completing in-home clinical assessments and provision of treatment in the management of acute and chronic conditions, such as:
">
* Managing medication including IV antibiotics via PICCs
* Complex wound care, including NPWT
* Surgical drain tube management
* Urinary catheter insertion and management
">
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">
Excellent communication and time management skills with proven ability to multi-task
">
Demonstrated experience working in an acute, sub-acute and/or community-based environment with a diverse customer group
">
Recent acute hospital experience highly regarded
">
