Project Coordinator Role
The Department of Justice is seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join the Forensic Science Queensland Implementation Project.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and maintaining project documentation, including tracking key decisions, risks, and dependencies.
* Engaging with stakeholders across multiple agencies, ensuring clear communication and timely responses.
* Providing secretariat support, including recording minutes and scheduling meetings, training sessions, and workshops.
* Identifying opportunities for business improvements to enhance efficiency and support change initiatives.
* Managing administrative tasks such as maintaining electronic records and drafting reports and correspondence.
About the Team
The Forensic Science Queensland Implementation Project Team is focused on deepening Forensic Science Queensland's integration within the Department of Justice and further progressing the transition of pre-existing services and systems from Queensland Health.
