In this role, you'll:
Develop and implement socially appropriate marketing strategies and campaigns that engage culturally, linguistically, socially, and demographically diverse communities across Transport and NSW.
You'll ensures inclusivity and accessibility in all communications and marketing initiatives. This includes people of diverse sexualities, gender identities, abilities, ages, and backgrounds.
You'll provide integrated, end-to-end advice to support marketing campaigns that foster meaningful connections, build long-lasting relationships, enhance trust in the Transport brand, and continuously improve engagement through data-driven insights.
This permanent position is available in a hybrid working model which are aligned with our Flexible Working Arrangements procedures which offers hybrid arrangements subject to approvals including having a mix of two to three days in our Macquarie Park office as well as remote working.

About you
Tertiary qualified in marketing, communications, or community engagement or demonstrated, relevant experience, with a focus on CALD communities, you'll hold a highly developed knowledge of cultural competence and best practices in inclusive marketing.
You'll have demonstrated ability to assess campaign performance and apply data-driven insights and comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where delivery on tight deadlines is critical.
You have exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex relationships, and remove barriers to drive the desired outcome.
