An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team as a Business and Process Analyst, helping older Australians live the lives they desire.
You will lead requirements gathering and support delivery planning and implementation of key short-term initiatives from our Continuous Improvement Plan.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery
* Proactively lead initiatives to analyze, design, and improve processes across HomeMade operations and technology platforms, identifying productivity and cost savings and recommending solutions.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, validate, and document business and process requirements, including process modeling and mapping current and future states.
* Develop detailed project delivery plans, ensuring stakeholder alignment, and maintain project tracking tools like JIRA and reporting for senior leaders.
* Facilitate project sign-offs by organizing reviews, addressing stakeholder concerns, and ensuring documentation and approvals are in place.
* Coordinate with Product, Tech, and external suppliers on testing and rollout plans, including defining acceptance criteria and reviewing test plans.
* Ensure training, coaching, and communication are provided to internal teams and customers prior to process or technology changes, including developing training materials and SOPs.
* Support ad hoc initiatives such as updating operational documentation, managing urgent communications, and assisting with vendor research and user acceptance testing.
Stakeholder Management
* Act as a liaison among operational teams, Product and Tech, leadership, and external suppliers to ensure project alignment and facilitate communication on process changes.
* Oversee end-to-end process improvement projects, coordinating cross-functional efforts to deliver within scope, time, and budget.
* Serve as the primary contact for clarifications and escalation points during projects.
Compliance
* Ensure solutions comply with Aged Care regulations and HomeMade policies.
* Coordinate with the Continuous Improvement Analyst to maintain accurate project timelines and initiatives.
