Job Title: Program Manager
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Planning and Governance: Develop project plans, timelines, and governance frameworks for corporate submissions.
* Team Coordination: Coordinate cross-functional project teams.
* Progress Monitoring: Monitor progress and elevate risks or issues to Project Sponsors and Senior Management.
* Consistency and Quality Assurance: Apply consistent program management practices. Ensure consistency of key messages across all forms of Corporate Submissions.
* Communication and Reporting: Prepare routine status reports and briefing papers to the Executive, Project Sponsors, Board, and other stakeholders.
About You:
* Hold tertiary qualifications in business, economics, environmental management, or a related field.
* Possess program or project management certification or relevant experience.
* Demonstrate proven experience in coordinating complex projects or submissions within the water, utilities, or regulated sectors.
* Exhibit strong project / program management skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
* Display excellent written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to prepare, edit, and quality-assure complex documents.
* Posess strong stakeholder engagement skills, with ability to coordinate inputs from diverse subject matter experts.
* Be highly organized with attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.
* Apply judgement in facilitating decisions through the respective governance structure.
* Have advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
* Knowledge of SharePoint, Teams, or similar collaboration tools is an asset.
