What you'll be doing:
* Designing and executing sales strategies and campaigns for Inside Sales.
* Coaching and mentoring high-performing team to exceed targets.
* Collaborating across departments to launch new products and improve processes.
* Managing key accounts and identifying growth opportunities
* Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead.
To succeed, you will need
* Proven experience in Sales leadership, ideally in a technical or service-based industry.
* Strong Communication and planning skills, with a people first mindset
* Skilled in creating and executing effective plans that support team and business success.
* Passion for mentoring and team development
* Comfortable with CRM systems, reporting tools and data-driven decision making
