Job Title: Maintenance Officer
We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Maintenance Officer to join our team at Robina Town Centre. This role is integral to the success of our service delivery and will contribute to the capability development and compliance standards of the maintenance team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Organize, direct, control, or coordinate tasks to meet safety and maintenance contract requirements.
* Oversee the day-to-day reactive maintenance repairs and tasks as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
* Communicate on-site procedures to outsourced contractors and ensure alignment with assigned work.
* Maintain facility-related records to meet statutory, internal, and external reporting requirements.
* Provide the Maintenance Supervisor with information to update work-related records.
* Undertake assigned activities and tasks as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
* Report incidents and, when required, participate in investigations.
* Conduct asset inspections per defined preventative maintenance programs (PPM) or inspection schedules.
* Participate in on-the-job and off-the-job training sessions as directed.
* Contribute to workplace safety measures and report any hazards or incidents.
