* Accurate Record Keeping: Record customer project details with high accuracy.
* Internal Team Liaison: Collaborate with drafting, estimating, studio, and external suppliers to ensure smooth site commencement.
* Quality Control: Verify customer projects against quality standards.
* Product Knowledge Development: Familiarize yourself with construction products, services, and processes.
* Support Tasks: Provide support to the Customer Support Manager as required.

Requirements:
* Customer Management Experience: Proven success in account or customer management, preferably within residential building or similar fields.
* Construction Contract Understanding: Knowledge of residential construction contracts and plans.
* Demonstrated Customer Service Skills: Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and meet deadlines effectively.
* Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
