Position DetailsWe are seeking an enthusiastic Registered Nurse to join our team on a permanent part-time basis. The successful candidate must be available to work on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays each week. Responsibilities include assessing residents' needs, planning, implementing, and evaluating care plans, mentoring staff, and ensuring compliance with aged care standards.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct strong clinical assessments and respond appropriately to changes in residents' conditions in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Develop, implement, and evaluate care plans in partnership with residents and their families.
Liaise with healthcare professionals to deliver quality care.
Ensure compliance with organizational, professional, and aged care standards.
Key Requirements
AHPRA Registration.
1-2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse in aged care.
Strong planning, coordination, and leadership skills.
Experience in wound and diabetes care.
Understanding of medication management systems.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
