Role Description
This is a full-time (or part-time for the right candidate) role for an Administrative Officer based in Newcastle, NSW, with opportunity for some work-from-home flexibility. The Administrative Officer will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including general administrative duties, managing communications, assisting with customer service, handling organizational tasks, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations. The role requires strong coordination skills and daily interaction with team members and clients.
Qualifications
Proficiency in General Administration and Administrative Assistance tasks
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Excellent Organization Skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently
Proficiency in office software and tools

Prior industry experience will be highly regarded
