Job Overview:
The Pre-assembly Project Lead is responsible for overseeing and directing operations within the Structural, Mechanical, Piping, and Electrical disciplines.
This role requires strong leadership skills, organizational abilities, and knowledge of construction processes and safety protocols.
Main Responsibilities:
* Implementing the project Environmental, Social, and Health (ES&H) program and quality assurance program.
* Supervising, coordinating, and/or directing craft activities as assigned for the SMP E&I disciplines.
* Planning craft workforce and interfacing with Industrial Relations for craft recruitment, hiring, and skills training programs.
