Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Facilities Management Professional to oversee regional retail portfolios and make a real community impact.
This is a hands-on role where you'll have the freedom to set your own hours, work from home occasionally, and shape how you manage your portfolio. We're looking for someone with experience in facilities management or strong operational skills ready to step up.
Your responsibilities include day-to-day operations and maintenance across three retail assets, coordinating contractors, and ensuring compliance with HSE and building standards. You will also support budgeting processes, deliver high-quality service outcomes for retailers and customers, and assist with small projects and capital works planning and delivery.
