Role Requirements
The opportunity has become available for a Campus Manager, ECT & Diploma Educators to join our team.
The successful Campus Manager candidate will need:
* Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Children's Services or Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood)
* a current and valid Working with Children Check
* a current first aid CPR and emergency asthma and anaphylaxis training.
* extensive knowledge of regulation/legislation, plus Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) is essential
* the ability to stay calm and considered in the face of anything
* strong team leadership abilities with experience leading, inspiring and developing a team of professional educators
* experience in large license centres
* proven successful track record for financial KPI's
* commitment to quality, leadership, sustainability and growth
The successful ECT & Diploma Educators candidates will need:
* a minimum Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent (for ECT position)
* a minimum Diploma of Early Childhood Education (for Educators)
* a current and valid Working with Children Check
* a current first aid CPR and emergency asthma and anaphylaxis training
* experience with the NQF, NQS & EYLF
Key Role Responsibilities - Campus Manager
* Put children and parents first taking the time to greet everyone and ensure they have the best possible experience via high-quality tours and orientations
* Recruit, motivate and inspire a team of passionate educators to best practice
* Oversee and guide the highest quality of classroom curriculum and pedagogical documentation
* Ensure immaculate Centre presentation within the internal and external play spaces
* Understand and interpret the relevant industry regulations and legislation, including the National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework/My Time our Place
* Build and engage with local communities, creating strong ties and relationships with the community and surrounding networks
Key Role Responsibilities - ECT & Educators
* Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming and nurturing environment.
* Work collaboratively within a team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
* Participate in professional and personal development.
* Promote the service within the local community in accordance with the vision, mission and values.
