Are you an experienced support worker passionate about helping elderly people live independently in their own homes? We are looking for skilled and compassionate individuals to join our team and provide high-quality care to our elderly customers (65+ years).
Do you meet these minimum requirements?
* Live and can travel around the Sunshine Coast and surrounding suburbs
* Hold a current Australian Drivers' Licence with your own car (sorry, we cannot accept International license's or shared/rental vehicles)
* Available to work a minimum of 6 hours a day between 6am to 6pm
* Availabile a minimum of 3 - 4 days a week across Monday to Sunday
* Commitment to our paid 2-week Brilliant @ Basics Training when you start! (Get ready to learn, grow & be supported!) Travel is required for training.
* Know this is NOT a vacancy for Disability or to work in a facility/nursing home

What this role offers:
* Permanent Part-Time contracts
* Permanent Contract hours: 30+ hours per fortnight + flex up hours
* Hourly Rate: $34.77- $34.93 per hour + 12% super + $1.38 km allowance + paid travel time
What You'll Be Doing:
* Provide personal care services including showering, toileting, assistance with medications, as well as domestic duties & social supports such as assisting with transportation for clients.
* Most importantly: be a friendly face & brighten someone's day!
