**Opportunity**
Lighthouse is seeking to grow our current Melbourne Team by adding a Recruitment Consultant to join the fast-paced Aged Care Division.
**Your Duties will include, but not limited to**:
- General 360 Recruitment capability services in the Aged Care sector with permanent roles
- Business Development and securing the right to work on relevant client projects.
- Negotiating Lighthouse terms of business with clients
- Obtaining and maintaining a sufficient number of vacancies from clients, to ensure monthly targets are met.
**Skills & Experience**:
- Experience in recruiting professionals within the Aged Care market is preferable but not essential.
- Exceptional customer service and business relationship building skills with the ability to secure repeat business from clients
- Ability to work individually as well as in a team
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated and hard-working
