The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a virtual team, developing and executing departmental annual business plans and operating budgets, and monitoring daily activities to deliver monthly and quarterly sales results.

Key responsibilities include achieving and exceeding revenue and billing targets, defining sales strategy and priorities for the region, aligning with regional functional sales teams, and executing the Acronis Sales Model.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in sales and business development, with a proven track record of success achieving sales targets.

They will also possess excellent presentation skills, strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, and a disciplined and detail-oriented approach.

Additionally, the candidate should have a strong understanding of operational procedures and processes, as well as excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
