About the Role

Key Responsibilities
* Keep things simple while managing small business lending requests up to $2 million, and home lending up to $3 million.
* Move with speed to grow revenue and drive customer advocacy.
* Be customer-obsessed and increase the portion of customers who consider NAB to be their Bank of Choice.
* Own customer needs to provide tailored, holistic banking solutions.
* Win together by engaging and building relationships with our Retail Branch and Broker network to increase portfolio performance and customer outcomes.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Motivation to build genuine personal connections with customers, empowering them to feel confident and bring their business dreams to life.
* Lending experience in business banking or retail banking.
* Business Bank experience highly regarded.
* Excellent understanding of the SME market.
* Strong customer and relationship management skills.
* Problem solving, critical thinking and negotiation skills.
