That's where you come in. We're looking for an experienced Agency Sales Director to join our Sydney team and play a key role in the next phase of GoTransit's growth journey. Opportunity

Based in Sydney, this role sits within our NSW Agency team and focuses on growing key agency relationships while identifying new commercial opportunities across our premium Transit OOH network. You'll work closely with agencies and clients to develop strategic, insight-led advertising solutions backed by audience data, market intelligence and campaign performance insights. Supported by an experienced national team and dedicated Account Coordinator support, you'll have the tools, backing and opportunity to make a genuine impact. As the industry continues to shift towards smarter audience measurement and MOVE‐led planning, this role offers the chance to lead strategic conversations around modern Out‐of‐Home advertising solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

* Manage and grow a portfolio of key agency relationships
* Drive new business opportunities across the Sydney market
* Develop strategic, insight‐led advertising proposals
* Use audience data, market insights and campaign performance metrics to influence outcomes
* Deliver compelling presentations and recommendations to clients and agency partners
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes
* Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets and budgets
* Act as a trusted strategic partner to agencies and clients
* Represent GoTransit at industry events and client engagements to build both personal brand and business profile

About You

You're commercially driven, relationship-focused and know how to turn conversations into long‐term partnerships. You understand that great agency relationships are built on more than just responding to briefs. You can think strategically, uncover opportunities, challenge thinking and build trusted partnerships by delivering genuine value to clients and agencies. You bring energy, initiative and confidence into every room, whether presenting to agencies, pitching ideas or uncovering new opportunities.

Ideally, you'll have:

* 5+ years' experience in media sales, account management or agency partnerships
* Previous media industry experience, with OOH experience highly regarded
* Strong commercial acumen and proven revenue growth capability
* Experience using audience insights, campaign data and market trends to influence outcomes
* Exceptional communication, presentation and storytelling skills
* Strong relationship management and negotiation capability
* A proactive, solutions‐focused mindset with strong closing ability
* High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Experience using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
