About the Opportunity
Our Tom Price branch has an exciting opportunity for a FIFO In Field Service Supervisor to join our team assisting with driving the quality and safety of our expanding Pilbara Support Team. In this role, you'll enjoy leading and positively enabling our Shut Crews, Site Support technicians and Field Service team to meet and exceed service delivery, quality maintenance outcomes on Hitachi OEM product lines whilst overlooking expense control in line with budgets.
Working with our Senior Supervisors to focus on ensuring a safety‑first culture, you'll assist coordinating team activities to meet performance targets, lead larger short‑term site based projects, monitor then coach team members for safety and quality and check that all service documentation is accurate and entered on time. You will enjoy partnering with our customers to resolve inquiries and liaise with suppliers and technical support to deliver Hitachi's promise of Total Customer Satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Relevant Diesel or Mobile Plant Mechanic trade qualifications
* Previous experience in a Supervisory Role with frontline operational staff, with the desire to develop, influence and motivate the team
* Demonstrated background experience with Hitachi mobile equipment will be highly regarded
* Good communication and customer service skills and the ability to build long term relationships
* Safety focus and abide by site safety processes
* A valid heavy rigid driving license
