About the Role
Aussie Caloundra is expanding its team and seeking a highly motivated Property Expert Advisor to join our dynamic brokerage. This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with clients, guiding them through the home loan journey from search to settlement.
Your expertise and exceptional customer service skills will be key in managing walk-ins, online leads, and in-store appointments, ensuring customers achieve their homeownership goals.
In this role, you will:
* Manage high-intent customer interactions, providing personalized guidance throughout the home loan process
* Submit deals to our processing team, freeing up time to focus on client relationships and community engagement
* Leverage our expanded services to earn referral income from buyer's agents and conveyancing
Qualifications & Requirements
To succeed as a Property Expert Advisor, you'll need:
* A Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain it)
* A background in sales or customer service roles
* Drive and determination to contribute to the growth of your retail store
* A passion for helping customers achieve their property aspirations
* Unrestricted Australian working rights
