Job Title: Frontline Operations Leader
We are seeking dynamic leaders to join our operations group.
* Lead and support the delivery of high-quality services, ensuring the integrity of Australia's tax and superannuation systems.
* Support the development of staff by guiding capability growth and stewardship, while fostering a culture of engagement and continuous improvement.

Skill Requirements:
* Able to lead teams in a rostered or scheduled client contact centre environment.
* Capable of guiding capability growth and supporting positive change management.
* Ability to provide technical guidance or advice to clients and staff to assist in resolving complex or sensitive issues.
* Deliver contract management activities that support Commercial Services including outsource contracts for labour, print and postal services.
* Translate complex insights or technical requirements into actions to resolve a range of procedural or technical issues.
