The Work

As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will serve as a subject matter expert, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to contribute to key decisions and provide innovative solutions to complex challenges. Your expertise in Business Operation Management will be critical as you engage with multiple teams and manage decisions that drive success.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute comprehensive project management activities.
* Define project scope in collaboration with key stakeholders.
* Manage milestones and dependencies effectively.
* Review and define the standards for documentation across the program of works.
* Support the management of contractual and operational commitments.
* Monitor delivery performance and quality through metrics and status reporting.
* Mitigate risks as outlined in the project plan.
What You Will Need
* Intermediary proficiency in Business Operation Management.
* Intermediary proficiency in Project Portfolio Management Tools.
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant related skills.
Bonus Points If You Have
* Advanced proficiency in Project Program & Portfolio Governance.
Additional Requirements
* Security Clearance Requirement: Australian Citizen with an active NV1 clearance.
* Must be willing to work onsite 5 days a week.
