About The Role
Intrax is seeking a Tender & Bid Manager to support our national Strategic Sales function by managing the end-to-end coordination of tenders, proposals and preferred supplier submissions. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, this role is critical in ensuring all bid submissions are compliant, compelling, on time and aligned with Intrax's strategic objectives.
You will act as the central point of coordination across business development, technical and operational stakeholders, owning the bid process from opportunity assessment through to final submission and post-bid review.
Your Role Will Include, But Not Be Limited To
* Evaluate tender opportunities and support bid/no-bid decisions in line with strategic priorities
* Develop bid plans and compliance matrices, set milestones, allocate actions and manage review gates
* Coordinate the full lifecycle of tenders, proposals and panel submissions, including correspondence and stakeholder updates
* Act as the central point of contact for bids, fostering clear communication and collaboration across internal teams
* Prepare, review and edit bid documents to ensure accuracy, compliance and alignment with client requirements
* Drive a consistent narrative and "one voice" submission, including win themes and Why Intrax positioning
* Coordinate pricing inputs with operational leaders, ensuring scope, assumptions, exclusions and departures are clearly documented
* Manage document control, templates, approvals, final compilation and submission portals
* Maintain and report on the tender project register and associated sales administration
* Continuously improve bid processes, templates and the bid library, capturing lessons learned after submissions
To be successful in this role
* You have a minimum of 2 years' experience coordinating bids, tenders or proposals in a deadline-driven environment
* You bring exceptional attention to detail and strong document control and project management capability
* You are confident managing multiple bids simultaneously while meeting tight deadlinesYou communicate clearly and effectively, tailoring content to different audiences
* You demonstrate strong business acumen, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
* You are collaborative, organised and calm under pressure, with the confidence to hold stakeholders to timelines
* You have advanced Microsoft Word skills (templates, styles and formatting), with working knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
