About the Role
We're seeking a Production Supervisor with experience in a manufacturing or fast‐paced environment. In this hands‐on role, you'll support our team in the finishing of our custom made products.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervisory or leadership experience in a production or manufacturing environment
* Ability to motivate, guide and support team members to achieve daily targets
* Strong attention to detail
* Plan daily production and allocate tasks effectively
* Apply Lean Manufacturing & 5S principles for continuous improvement
* Willingness to learn and adapt
* Flux, bake and solder cores prior to despatch to ensure product integrity
* Silver corners to seal header plates
* Core washing and preparation
* Test radiator cores for leaks and quality compliance
* Safely operate lifting equipment including chains, jigs and other devices
* Maintain department cleanliness and complete daily cleaning sign‐offs
* Perform additional duties as required by the business
