As a Hellomonday Coach, You Will
Facilitate Outplacement and Career Transition Support Coaching to individuals impacted by restructures and redundancies (Career Coach)
Be a trusted advisor and sounding board for participants through a sensitive period in their lives
Use our platforms and tools to drive accountability, engagement, and measurable outcomes
Maintain accurate documentation and session notes via our coaching portals
We're Looking For Coaches Who Are
Coaching Certified from a major coaching association or a CDAA-recognized Diploma in Career Development or Counselling (Essential)
Experienced - minimum 2 years relevant experience and/or 200+ hours of coaching
Skilled Communicators who bring empathy, curiosity, and challenge to every session
Tech-Confident, ready to work seamlessly across our digital coaching platforms
Growth-Oriented, continuously learning, sharing, and evolving their practice
Culturally Aware, with a strong understanding of diversity and inclusion in leadership
