An exciting and rare opportunity is available for an experienced and professional Executive Assistant to join our organisation. Reporting directly to the Director of Nursing & Director Corporate Services, this dedicated and driven individual will provide administrative support and secretarial functions.
Exercising your skill set and past experience, you will be required to provide executive support through a range of administrative tasks relating to the governance, risk management, policy development and review, business plans, submissions and special projects. Other tasks will include management of Director’s calendar, agendas, minutes and meeting papers and correspondence will also be required.
Formal qualifications in business administration and/or extensive experience providing support at a senior administrative level including advanced computer skills are required.
