The Role
The client-side Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that building services, plant and equipment is available for installation and can be easily maintained, is sustainable and within budget. You will collaborate with Principal contractors, sub-contractors and specialist teams to ensure projects meet with quality and safety expectations.
Key Responsibilities
* Report directly to the Project Director to ensure all projects are delivered cost‑effectively and on time.
* Work with principal contractors, subcontractors and other specialists to ensure projects get done.
* Monitor and coordinate design, testing and implementation of programmes.
* Deliver weekly and monthly progress reports.
* Deal with Early Works contracts from start to finish, ensuring everything is in line with company standards and procedures.
* Monitor service installation and DLP.
About You
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills, with in-depth building services engineering skills, as well as a proven background in managing complex commercial construction or fit‑out projects.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years' experience as an Engineering, Project Management or Building Services consultant.
* Demonstrated experience in the commercial construction sector across corporate offices, Data Centres, Hospitals or Telecoms switching centres.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
* Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
