Store Manager role at JD Sports Australia & New Zealand. This is a senior leadership position where you will coach and develop your team, manage store operations, drive commerciality through smart product placement, and maximise profitability through driving sales and KPIs with your team. Store information
- Turnover of store: 4-7 million
- Team Size: 35+
- Team Structure: Store Manager; Assistant Store Manager; 3x Department Supervisors; FT, 20+ casuals
What we're looking for
- Experience coaching teams to deliver exceptional service and build customer loyalty
- Proven ability to drive consistent service standards across multiple departments
Business development
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets and managing budgets
- Experience using data and reports to drive profitability and identify opportunities
Commercial operations
- Strong retail operations experience with efficient process management
- Experience leading back-of-house teams with high-volume deliveries
- Understanding of driving profit through reports and smart product placement
People leadership
- Experience managing department managers or large full-time teams, with succession planning
- Proven ability to build a positive team culture through coaching and recognition
- Track record of hiring and developing strong retail staff
- Experience managing underperformance and maintaining team standards
