About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and qualified Insurance Loss Adjustor to join our AMA Group Solutions or Capital S.M.A.R.T Repairs team.
The role involves ensuring vehicles are returned to their pre-accident condition through quality workmanship.
This is a full-time position.
The primary responsibility is to produce accurate and comprehensive quotes for accident repairs promptly, utilizing your automotive knowledge and computer skills while interacting with clients and team members.
Reporting to the Centre Manager, you will work within our extensive network of repair facilities, offering stability and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing excellent customer service to clients and work providers.
Accurately quoting vehicles promptly, adhering to repair cost targets and insurer procedures.
Completing onsite, off-site, and online quotes as required.
Conducting vehicle arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging.
Managing parts for repairs to ensure timely arrival and cost efficiency.
Coordinating with suppliers to record and authorize additional work promptly.
Assisting with production management when needed.
Ensuring repairs restore vehicles to pre-accident condition.
Handover of completed repairs to customers.
About You
Proven experience in a similar role, including estimate/quotation preparation in the automotive smash repair industry.
Experience with AudaNet is highly desirable.
Body experience is advantageous but not essential.
Excellent customer service and rapport-building skills.
Professional, personable, and highly competent with systems and computers.
Experience with Excel is a plus.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to meet deadlines, problem-solve, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
Team-oriented and safety-conscious.
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
