Urban Development Team Leader Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Urban Development Team Leader to lead our team in ACT. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for directing the day-to-day allocation of resources across the discipline.
* • Lead a high-performing team of urban development professionals in ACT.
* • Directly oversee the allocation of resources including personnel, equipment, and materials across the discipline.
* • Ensure that all work is managed technically and contractually within established guidelines and policies.
* • Identify business opportunities through market research analysis or other means, develop strategies to pursue these opportunities, and manage bid management processes accordingly.
Requirements:
To succeed as an Urban Development Team Leader at our company you need to have strong leadership skills with experience managing teams in similar fields. This position also requires exceptional organizational abilities along with excellent communication skills both written & spoken. You should have good problem-solving capabilities under pressure too!
