Phase 3 Ecom is looking for a full time e-commerce marketing and customer relationship champion who can manage the entire client relationship from end to end. You'll be responsible for the onboarding, implementation, management and the ongoing success of our growing roster of clients across all paid media (Meta, Google, TikTok etc). Phase 3 Ecom is a leading Done-for-You E-Commerce Sales Growth company and we thrive on building high-converting online stores and creating stand-out sales campaigns to help our clients reach their e-commerce sales growth goals.
You will work closely with the entire fulfillment team to deliver strategy, design, development and ongoing campaign management for our clients across a wide range of e‑commerce brands.
You will work on a wide variety of tasks that will help drive and grow our client's sales through a combination of CRO, SEO, SMM, PPC, UGC, Email, Social Media and Marketplace services.
You will be supported to keep up to date with the very latest trends in all areas of digital marketing, conversion optimisation, AI and all things e-commerce.
This is a full‑time remote role.
What you'll be doing
- Conduct weekly client meetings over Zoom and guide each client through their Custom Success Roadmap.
- Get to know the client and their business so you can understand and define their e‑commerce challenges and goals.
- Conduct market research to understand the competitive environment.
- Develop customised marketing strategies for each client based on your research.
- Set up campaigns on appropriate platforms including Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Amazon, eBay etc.
- Write effective direct response ad copy that gets noticed.
- Ongoing management and optimisation of campaigns.
- Manage the development and deployment of online store and advertising digital assets.
- Be invested in each client's business as though it were your own.
What you'll bring
- Working knowledge of Shopify, WooCommerce, Klaviyo.
- Experience with Marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Bunnings, Woolworths etc).
- Track record of building e‑commerce and traditional brands.
- Experience building and running Google & Meta campaigns.
- Experience with Google Ads, Google Merchant Centre, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager.
- Excellent face‑to‑face, written, verbal and client communication skills.
- A creative flair for writing and building unique and profitable campaigns.
- Desire to constantly learn to stay up-to-date with the latest trends (access to training provided).
- Willing to try new strategies and approaches.
- Ability to translate data into meaningful reports and recommendations.
- A commitment to quality and on‑time customer service delivery.
- Attention to detail but also the ability to see the big picture.
