An excellent opportunity is available for a General Practitioner (VR, Non-VR or Level 3+ supervision eligible) to join a well-established regional practice. This role offers a broad scope of practice within a supportive team environment and strong community connection.
About the Role
As a GP within the practice, you will deliver comprehensive, patient-centred care across a wide range of clinical services. You will work collaboratively with an experienced multidisciplinary team and contribute to high-quality healthcare delivery within both clinic and community settings.
This is a diverse role offering exposure to:
* Chronic Disease Management & Team Care Arrangements
* Preventative health & health assessments (including 75+ assessments)
* Minor procedures (including cryotherapy and wound management)
* Antenatal care & women's health (including pap smears)
* Driving fitness assessments
* Nursing home & home visits
* Emergency care & after‐hours/on‐call participation
* Supervising medical students (where applicable)
* Preparation of medico‐legal, Centrelink and DVA reports
You may also contribute to practice meetings, quality improvement initiatives and health promotion activities.
About You
To be considered, you must:
* Be a Medical Practitioner registered to practice in Victoria (AHPRA)
* Be VR, Non-VR, or Level 3+ supervision eligible
* Hold relevant qualifications in General Practice (postgraduate qualifications highly regarded)
* Demonstrate a commitment to ethical, patient-centred care
* Maintain ongoing professional development and clinical competency
* Be confident working across clinic, hospital, aged care and community settings (desirable)
You will present professionally, communicate clearly, and work effectively as part of a team.
