Who We Are Looking ForWe seek individuals with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a premium, fast-paced retail environment, including at least 3 years in a multi-store capacity. Ideal candidates are results-oriented, possess strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, and have proven leadership capability in people development and coaching. It is essential to have a high level of integrity, professionalism, and a passion for forging a career in retail.
Who You Will Work WithAt RM Williams, you\'ll collaborate with a dynamic team of retail professionals, Store Managers, and Senior Retail Management. You\'ll also partner with various departments including Brand Environments, Training, and People and Culture to drive sales, enhance customer experience, and foster team development across a portfolio of up to 10 stores.
