We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to join our residential conveyancing team.
This part-time role is crucial to the success of our experienced team who have a demanding workload. You must be able to handle pressure and prioritize your daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Submit SDLT applications, registrations, comply with lender portal requirements, answer land registry requisitions, and ensure our scheduling and file closure procedures are followed.
 * Provide exceptional support to clients, estate agents, solicitors, intermediaries, and other 3rd parties both on the telephone/email and in person where requested to provide updates and general advice regarding post completion matters.
 * Prepare work as requested by any Conveyancing fee earners to whom you report on post completion work.
 * Manage tasks/diary management for the post completion work through the operation of the Case Management system.
 * Update the Land Registry and various lender online portals.
 * Schedule deeds to clients/lenders.
 * Filing of papers and other general administrative duties.
It is essential that you demonstrate at least 1 year of previous experience and knowledge of working in a Post Completion role in a Residential Conveyancing Department and possess the skills required to undertake this role.
