About the role South West Healthcare is seeking a motivated Administrative Support Officer (ASO) to join our Primary Mental Health Team on a permanent part-time basis (32 hours per fortnight). In this role, the ASO provides essential administrative support to ensure the team and programs run smoothly. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day administration, maintaining accurate and confidential records, monitoring key performance indicators, preparing accounts, facilitating communication between staff and management, contributing to quality improvement initiatives, and supporting office systems such as databases, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office.
