A large financial services organisation is looking for an experienced Solution Architect to help deliver critical capabilities using Databricks.
You'll collaborate with technical and business stakeholders, designing end-to-end architectural solutions aligned with strategic goals.
You will be responsible for:
• Define solution architectures across current, transitional, and future states
• Lead the design and integration of Databricks solutions for Core Data Platforms
• Leverage databricks capability for the company's AI transformational program
• Provide technical leadership to project teams and ensure architecture alignment
• Mentor architects and analysts while collaborating with vendors and partners
• Contribute to architectural standards and continuous improvement initiatives
• Influence IT strategy and technology roadmaps through expert insight
You will bring:
• Proven experience in solution architecture, ideally within financial services
• Strong knowledge of Databricks, cloud platforms, data architecture, and APIs
• TOGAF certification or equivalent (preferred)
• Excellent communication and consulting skills with stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to work across multiple teams, balancing business outcomes and technical depth
• Strong experience with AWS is highly desirable
