SAA Accredited Solar & Battery Electrician
Build Brillare's Renewable Energy Division From the Ground Up
Brillare Electrical is expanding into the renewable energy sector, and we are looking for an experienced SAA Accredited Solar & Battery Electrician to help build and lead the next stage of the business.
This is not a standard installation role.
We are looking for someone who wants:

* the opportunity to help shape an entirely new division within an already established business
About The Role
This role will initially be highly dynamic.
During the first few weeks, you will work directly with the directors to help establish:
* operational workflows
* product selections
* compliance processes
* overall setup of the solar & energy division
From there, the role transitions into a hybrid position involving:
* solar and battery installations
* client consultations
* sales and quoting
* site inspections
* system recommendations
* helping scale the division commercially
This is ideal for someone who enjoys both:
* technical work
* building client relationships
You will not be confined to purely being "on the tools".

Qualifications
* WA A-Grade Electrical Licence
* Battery Accreditation (highly regarded)
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Professional presentation
* Ability to manage apprentices and installers
* Strong workmanship and attention to detail
* Confidence dealing directly with clients
