Job Description
- Manage the Managing Director's calendar, communications, and stakeholder engagements.
- Provide executive support to the COO across operational and governance functions.
- Coordinate board and committee meetings, including agendas, minutes, and compliance documentation.
- Support collaboration with university and research partners.
- Assist with internal coordination, executive forums, and continuous improvement of administrative systems.
