About the Role: We are seeking a qualified and passionate Dental Assistant to join our friendly and professional dental team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on patient care, oral hygiene education, and preventative dentistry.
You'll work collaboratively with our dentists and support staff to provide high-quality dental care in a modern and supportive environment.Key Responsibilities:Provide oral health assessments, scaling, polishing, and fluoride treatments.Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, diet, and disease prevention.Take dental radiographs and maintain accurate patient records.Assist in treatment planning and preventative care programs.Comply with infection control and sterilisation procedures in line with ADA and AHPRA guidelines.Work as part of a collaborative team to ensure a high standard of patient care and comfort.Requirements:Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Oral Health.Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting (preferred but not essential).
