Key Responsibilities
* Produce high quality dishes across all services in line with Shadow's standards
* Prepare sauces, soups, hot dishes, salads, sandwiches, desserts and specialty items
* Maintain strong recipe knowledge for all menu items
* Uphold portion control, quality control and waste minimisation practices
* Monitor food storage, rotation and cleanliness to meet hotel and WH&S standards
* Ensure all standard recipes are followed across outlets
* Complete assigned tasks efficiently and within required timeframes
* Foster a collaborative, respectful working environment within the kitchen and service teams
* Comply with all operational policies, procedures and safety guidelines
* Care for and maintain kitchen equipment
* Attend scheduled meetings and support the team with additional duties as required
