About the Role
Reporting to the Directors, this newly created standalone role will see you partnering with the broader Leadership Team to support overall people strategy, using your true generalist skills to take ownership of all day-to-day HR operations while supporting the organisation through a planned period of growth. This will include:
* Develop and implement HR policies, frameworks and processes across the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring alignment with the organisation's values, strategy, and compliance obligations;
* Lead end-to-end recruitment activities to attract top talent and maintain the organisation's strong retention record;
* Provide hands-on HR guidance and support to leaders and employees on all people and performance-related matters;
* Lead employee relations initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture and ensure fair, consistent outcomes;
* Design and implement performance and development programs that build capability and support career growth;
* Champion employee engagement initiatives to strengthen connection, culture, and retention;
* Support workforce planning activities as the organisation continues its growth trajectory; and
* Collaborate with the leadership team to nurture a high-performing, values-driven culture across all levels of the business.
About You
This role is ideal for an established HR leader or a Senior HR Business Partner ready to step into a standalone HR leadership role. The successful candidate will be:
* Positive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic, highly engaged team;
* Comfortable working autonomously in a fully remote environment;
* High emotional intelligence, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a genuine passion for people and culture;
* Tech-savvy, with the ability to support a remote workforce using a variety of digital platforms; and
