Mechanical Fitter/Machinist Position
We are seeking skilled mechanical professionals to fill contract roles at our organization. As a Mechanical Fitter/Machinist, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to mechanical maintenance and repair.
Key responsibilities include:
* Performing routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment.
* Carrying out diagnostic tests to identify issues with complex mechanical systems.
* Collaborating with other tradespeople to ensure efficient project delivery.

Requirements
* Relevant trade qualification with 7+ years of experience.
* Construction Induction White Card.
* Blue Card (desirable).
* Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.
* Strong troubleshooting skills and adaptability on the job.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
Benefits
* A competitive hourly rate of $40-$60, including casual loading based on experience.
* The opportunity to work overtime, with up to 50 hours per week plus Saturdays.
