Role: Organisational Change Managers

We are partnering with a Commonwealth Government agency in seeking experienced Organisational Change Managers to support a high-profile ICT program within the National Intelligence Enterprise. This is a unique opportunity to lead complex change initiatives, drive stakeholder engagement, and influence the successful adoption of critical technology capabilities within a dynamic and secure environment.
Responsibilities
* Deliver change strategies to support ICT capability rollout
* Drive business readiness, stakeholder engagement, and adoption
* Lead communication, training, and change activities
* Manage risks, issues, and change impacts
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Change Champions
* Track progress and optimise change outcomes
