**Role Details**
Our client is seeking an Office Administrator to join their team in Landsdale.
They are a leading supplier of underground mining ventilation equipment.
Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answer incoming calls and direct to the appropriate staff member.
- You will liaise with clients freight companies to arrange dispatch of goods.
- Assist the accounts team with sending purchase orders
- Assist the accounts team in entry of supplier invoices
- Assist the project team with flight, hotel, car and site entry bookings.
- Monitoring and ordering of kitchen, office and stationary supplies.
- General office duties and adhoc requests.
This is a fulltime position after satisfactory completion of a three month probation period with a salary on offer of $60,000.00 -$65,000.00 per year.
Monday to Friday
8am - 4pm (38 hour week) with some flexibility and plenty of parking
**Role Requirements and Qualifications**
- Experience working in an engineering production environment
- Experience using MYOB EXO or other ERP packages will be viewed favourably
- Current Australian Drivers License (minimum "C" class)
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent communication Skills
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
