Job Description
This role involves working as part of a land development team to support the growth strategy of residential real estate. You will provide advanced financial modelling and analysis of project feasibilities, budgets, and cashflows management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the delivery of strategic land development objectives through financial modelling, feasibility analysis, and reporting using tools like ARGUS Estate Master and Excel.
* Prepare and analyze project budgets, cashflows, forecasts, and KPIs, including risk and sensitivity assessments to support investment decisions.
* Coordinate and maintain accurate project performance data, ensuring alignment across accounting and development teams.
* Provide regular reporting on project performance, milestones, financials, and operational impacts for internal stakeholders.
* Assist with due diligence, research, and acquisition assessments for new development opportunities.
* Maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders, supporting scalable systems and efficient workflows.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have a self-motivated, analytical approach and a strong interest in property. A tertiary qualification in property, finance, accounting, or similar is required, along with 5+ years' experience in property development, valuations, or advisory roles.
Essential Skills:
* Advanced skills in financial modelling and feasibility analysis using ARGUS Estate Master (DF, DM, CC) and Microsoft Excel.
* Proven ability to research, interpret, and present market data to support commercial decision-making.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
