**Job Summary**
We are seeking a Part Time Chef de Partie to support our kitchen operations at InterContinental Adelaide.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Maintain high-quality standards in food preparation, presentation, and safety.
* Lead the kitchen team, ensuring seamless coordination with other departments.
* Develop and implement new menu items, adhering to strict hygiene and safety standards.
* Manage stock control, optimize cost efficiency, and adhere to company policies and regulations.
**Requirements:**
* Similar experience in a commercial kitchen, preferably in a hotel environment.
* Current Safe Food Handling Certification.
* Excellent communication skills, warm, welcoming, and easy to talk to.
* Right to legally work full-time in Australia.
* Flexibility to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
